Dealer Payment Policy – Domestic Bulk Orders

By placing an order with Century Caravans and Trailers, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms and conditions:

Key Policy Terms

• All dealer orders are on a Payment on Delivery (POD) basis.
• Payment must be made via bank transfer and cleared before the trailer is loaded onto your pickup vehicle. Please plan accordingly, as personal circumstances (e.g. travel or illness) are not considered valid reasons for payment delays.
• A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
• Upon receipt of your order, we will begin processing. If stock is unavailable (e.g. pending container arrival), we will provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and give you the option to keep the order on hold. Once stock is confirmed and available, we will notify you via email with the trailer availability list. After your confirmation of the pickup time and trailer list, an invoice will be issued.
• All goods must be checked onsite by the authorised pickup personnel against the issued invoice. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported and will be addressed immediately.
• No trailers will be released without full payment.
• Late payments will incur interest at 8% per annum, calculated daily, or at a commercially reasonable rate reflecting current market lending rates.
• If any single invoice remains unpaid, all future orders will be paused until full payment is received.
